Systematic collection from regional and international reporting, official publications, legal gazettes and the documented public record.
Dari, Pashto, Persian and Urdu material is read in the original. Native-language political analysis is a requirement, not an enhancement.
Consultation with regional professionals under agreed protocols. No consultation is recorded in a way that could identify a participant.
Findings are cross-checked across streams and each is rated for confidence. Divergences between streams are reported, not resolved silently.
Compliance Officer review against AWG, DSGVO and EU sanctions standards, including a check that no source-identifying information is present.
